Wallpapers purchased on our website are manufactured and sent directly to you or your business
Order confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with information about your order. Always check your order confirmation to ensure everything is correct. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service immediately. Please save the order confirmation, including your order number, in case you need to contact us. If you need to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.
Shipping method and delivery times
UPS or FEDEX
– Delivery time: 5-12 working days depending on your location.
– Delivered directly to your house or business.
– Subject to any delays in shipping companies.
The cost excludes import taxes, which depend on your country. Delays caused by you not being present to receive the shipment is out of our control and not subject to a refund. Not receiving your package may cause additional costs.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, which are meticulously custom-tailored to meet the unique specifications of your project, we are unable to accept returns. Each item is crafted with the utmost care and precision to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to providing the best possible customer service. Limited liability
While we provide comprehensive guidance on wall preparation, adhesive, and primer recommendations, we disclaim all liability for any unsatisfactory results caused by improper wall preparation, incorrect product application, or installation performed by the customer. If a customer opts to engage a third-party installer from our recommended network, they do so at their own discretion. These installers are independent contractors who set their own terms and rates, and we assume no responsibility for the quality of their services or any resulting defects
Custom orders
All mural orders are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable once production begins.
The customer has received and approved final design proofs, including a crop sheet and material samples, prior to production. By proceeding with the order, the customer confirms that all design details and dimensions are accurate.
Minor color variation between screen proofs and printed murals may occur due to device and print material differences. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
Red Wall Mural is not liable for improper installation, surface preparation issues, or damages caused during installation. It is the responsibility of the customer or installer to ensure walls are properly prepared and the mural is handled according to installation instructions.
Any claims for production defects must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to determine if a replacement is warranted. Production timelines begin after final design approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request and may incur additional charges
Use of personal data
By placing an order, you agree that Red Wall Mural can store and use information about your purchases as well as the contact information you provide. The data is stored and used to fulfill our commitment to you, better satisfy your needs as a customer, and provide you with better service. The data is stored and also used for information and marketing purposes. This means that Red Wall Mural, unless you object in writing, may use your personal information to contact you by email with newsletters, by SMS, email, or direct mail.
We treat your personal information with the utmost care and ensure that your customer data is only used by Red Wall Mural. Red Wall Mural will not, without your consent, pass on your contact details unless required by law, necessary for your order with us, or needed to protect the rights and properties of Red Wall Mural.
Payment security
We offer secure card payments with all major credit and debit card brands, in collaboration with the payment provider Stripe. Red Wall Mural never handles or saves any card details. More information can be found on Stripe’s website.
Information about cookies
This website uses a session cookie to keep track of users so that the server does not confuse customers’ shopping carts and the like. It’s not a permanent cookie but is only session-based and is removed directly after visits. The cookie does not store any information about users.
